GSCPF is hosting an exclusive event: An interactive day on Telecare in Glasgow.

Balancing Care, People and Technology in 2011

Meeting challenges and seizing opportunities in Telecare

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow

Thursday 20th January 2011

9:30am-4:30pm

We are delighted that Dr Kevin Doughty, Depute Director of the Centre for Usable Home Technology, University of York has agreed to be our keynote speaker with additional contributions from Carers Scotland and the Wellness and Health Innovation at Scottish Enterprise.

We have designed the day around delegates being able to get hands on experience of Telecare through interactive demonstrations from exhibitors.

The Telecare Ideas Shop and Telecare Solutions Group will not only be informative zones but also provide practical assistance.

The roll out of personalised budgets in Glasgow will involve challenges and opportunities for those involved in Telecare. There will be greater need to educate the market and ensure people, their families, carers and representatives can make informed choices about products and service offerings.

To book a place on this exclusive event, please download and complete the booking form and email back.

A full programme with floor plan of the Telecare Ideas Shop will be available very soon.

We look forward to receiving your booking.
