Following the success of The original Cynthia Show – she’s back!

The Cynthia Show – Mental Health at WORK is a new innovative piece of equality and diversity training which aims to raise awareness of and change attitudes to mental health and well-being at work. This work has been commissioned by East Renfrewshire CHCP.

Cynthia invites you to take part in a quiz, to understand the Mental Health Continuum and to develop your awareness of mental health at work by engaging in the story of a woman called Rosie.  Rosie’s work is all going well for a couple of years and then it all starts to change…
