Castlemilk Stress Centre provides a range of flexible Stress Management and Personal Development Services tailored to the needs of local individuals and groups. Dedicated services are provided to people with mental health problems, addiction issues and children and young people.
This session will cover how a local project adapts to a change in the market along with Stress Management and Relaxation in general. It will also include an overview of delivering stress management and relaxation to groups with learning disabilities.

Places are limited to 10 and are available on a first come first served basis.
