NHS Education for Scotland and IRISS will deliver a workshop that will consider the skills, behaviours and values required to assist you to support service users and carers to find, share and utilise information.

This workshop would be especially useful for those who have direct contact with service users and carers. Please note that this workshop is linked to the morning workshop but you do not need to attend both.
