In this workshop delivered by NHS Education for Scotland and IRISS you will learn about and be given tools and information that could assist service users and carers to find, share and utilise information, focusing on what information could be made available to service users and carers.

This workshop would be especially useful for those who have direct contact with service users and carers. Please note that this workshop is linked to the afternoon workshop but you do not need to attend both.
