The FOCUS team in The Richmond Fellowship Scotland replaced the National Service Users Association in 2005, at which time three priorities were agreed for taking forward the Participation Agenda.

In 2008 TRFS decided to review FOCUS, and this work began with the appointment of a new manager. Eddy Gorman, FOCUS Manager, will share his perspective on the challenges and opportunities for achieving improvements in Participation, Involvement and Community Engagement during a process of organisational change and restructure.
