This session will unveil Glasgow’s vision for an innovative web portal where people who require supports and their families/carers will, in the future, be able to participate directly in creating their life supports.

This exciting presentation will discuss the kinds of functions that will be available to people direct in the future; online self assessment, receipt of an indicative self directed support budget, support planning tips and information, market place for goods, services and supports and ultimate direct transactions between the customer and provider organisations.

Join Fraser McCluskey, OLM Group and Anne Marie Monaghan, Glasgow City Council Self Directed Support Manager to understand more about what this innovative portal will mean for provider organisations hoping to get their message across to people looking to access supports and services online.
