Introducing Personalisation and Self
Directed Support in Dementia Care and
the Power of Attorney Roadshow

The first session will focus on the work of Alzheimer Scotland’s exciting two year pilots, funded by the Scottish Government, operating in East Renfrewshire and Ayrshire. You will explore what personalised support may look like for people with dementia, discussing the flexibility, choices and opportunities that could be created using self directed support.

In the second session TC Young solicitors will deliver a play exploring what power of attorneys are, how they are set up and what power of attorneys can do for you and your service users.
