The New Horizons Programme is about people getting a life not a service. It places individuals at the centre of planning that life with help from their family and friends where appropriate.

Through a process of continued listening and learning about what is important to people now and in the future, new opportunities are offered for individuals to learn, develop and achieve their potential.

This session will focus on the planning, facilitation, highlights and learning from the programme.

Places are limited to 20 and are available on a first come first served basis.
