I commenced Registered Mental Nurse training in November 1987 completing a course within Glasgow Northern College of Nursing and working within Woodilee Hospital where I took up a Staff Nurse post in a Rehabilitation setting liaising and assisting individuals move from health to social care.
In 1992 I joined The Richmond Fellowship Scotland and have held several roles/job titles over the years, mainly based within Glasgow Services.
Currently my post is Area Manager, Glasgow South and I am responsible for all our services in this designated geographical area with additional strategic input at our Senior Management Team .
On a personal note, I am happily married with three children and live in Paisley. When I have any spare time I also coach a local boys club.
