Following a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate qualification in Artificial Intelligence, my first job in the Care sector was as a Care Assistant in a Nursing Home.

Six years ago, after a spell managing two Glasgow-wide projects for people with acquired brain injury and early onset dementia respectively, I was appointed as Operations Manager by Epilepsy Scotland.
